Account Manager Retail Germany 

Location: Germany, South, remote

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to develop and grow the relationship and business with our Accounts in the southern part of Germany. 
  • You identify and contact prospects by virtual calls and in-person visits. You are present at Tradeshows and Network Events to build your existing client base and analyze new opportunities. 
  • You analyze the needs of the customers and prepare a plan with the customer to fulfill their needs.
  • You prepare and follow up on quotes with the customer, assure a clear communication of PO’s and smooth onboarding of new customers. 
  • You analyze numbers and prepare clear and correct reporting with our reporting tools. 
  • You participate in monthly sales meetings, by giving your colleagues insights to relevant business cases. 
  • You translate the business goals set by management to clear objectives and create an action plan for your own clients. 

 
Profile

  • You are enthusiastic and passionate. You love design and lifestyle. 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in the home decoration industry.
  • You are a go-getter, love to find new customers and are passionate about business development. You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on building new relationships.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are a great listener. You can use the right tools to communicate your story and win clients.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to prioritize tasks. The majority of your work week, you will be on the road visiting clients and driving sales with new and existing clients. 
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills.
  • You are result driven, are eager to reach your goals and have a winner mentality. 
  • You are located in the southern part of Germany and speak fluent German and English.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER

Location: Kontich, Belgium

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je volgt de orders van de klanten op en staat hen te woord bij elke stap in het proces, hierbij heb je de commerciële belangen van het bedrijf hoog in het vaandel
  • Je bent de ‘linking pin’ tussen sales, de klant en operations en speelt hierbij een verbindende en ondersteunende rol
  • Je bent end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor de klanten binnen jouw regio, je volgt de binnenkomende vragen nauwgezet op en bouwt en onderhoudt de relaties
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van zodra een order binnenkomt, de orderverwerking en facturatie alsook eventuele klachtenbehandeling

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte of customer service rol
  • Je bent communicatief en commercieel ingesteld en gaat graag in overleg met klanten en collega’s
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om je zaken op orde te hebben; je werkt planmatig en handelt correct in relatie tot de klanten en je collega’s
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en ook in team ben je hulpvaardig
  • Door de internationale context verwachten we een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans, Italiaans, Duits of Spaans zijn een plus
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-pakket zoals SAP
