Account Manager Retail Germany 

Location: Germany, West, remote


  • You are responsible to develop and grow the relationship and business with our Accounts in the Western part of Germany. 
  • You identify and contact prospects by virtual calls and in-person visits. You are present at Tradeshows and Network Events to build your existing client base and analyze new opportunities. 
  • You analyze the needs of the customers and prepare a plan with the customer to fulfill their needs.
  • You prepare and follow up on quotes with the customer, assure a clear communication of PO’s and smooth onboarding of new customers. 
  • You analyze numbers and prepare clear and correct reporting with our reporting tools. 
  • You participate in monthly sales meetings, by giving your colleagues insights to relevant business cases. 
  • You translate the business goals set by management to clear objectives and create an action plan for your own clients. 


  • You are enthusiastic and passionate. You love design and lifestyle. 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in the home decoration industry.
  • You are a go-getter, love to find new customers and are passionate about business development. You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on building new relationships.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are a great listener. You can use the right tools to communicate your story and win clients.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to prioritize tasks. The majority of your work week, you will be on the road visiting clients and driving sales with new and existing clients. 
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills.
  • You are result driven, are eager to reach your goals and have a winner mentality. 
  • You are located in the western part of Germany and speak fluent German and English.
