ACCOUNT MANAGER RETAIL
LOCATION: southern netherlands
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining and further developing good relationships with (large) accounts in the Netherlands.
- You identify and contact prospects through visits. You attend trade fairs and networking events to expand your existing customer portfolio and detect new opportunities.
- You analyze customer needs and requirements, you map them together with the customer, and you then offer them appropriate solutions.
- You are responsible for the daily (administrative) follow-up of the quotations and ensure clear and correct reporting ( CRM, Pipedrive,...).
- You participate in monthly sales meetings. As a sparring partner of your sales colleagues, you provide relevant input from your field.
- You translate the sales targets set by the management team into clearly defined objectives and an action plan for your customer portfolio.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a commercial function.
- You are enthusiastic and passionate. You have an interest in design and lifestyle.
- You are communicative, with good listening skills.

E-commerce CRM Lead
Location: Kontich, Antwerp, Belgium
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in the development of our CRM strategy
- Develop a full plan for all CRM communication, taking into account omni-channel customer jour-neys
- Work with marketing to ensure proper alignment on campaigns, communication, and content
- Define and execute a loyalty program, including monitoring and reporting of all relevant KPIs
- Initiate all actions and initiatives to grow our database and customer data
- Drive customer lifetime value by continuously improving customer knowledge and insights, inclu-ding customer segmentation
- Work on improving customer experience through personalization and product recommendations
- Promote the usage of customer data in all decision-making processes within Serax
- Monitor all relevant legal requirements related to customer data management and usage
Profile
- At least 5 years of CRM experience in an operational role, preferably in retail (fashion/ home-ware)
- You have a smart commercial instinct
- Team player and good communicator

Account Manager Retail Germany
Location: Germany, West, remote
Responsibilities
- You are responsible to develop and grow the relationship and business with our Accounts in the Western part of Germany.
- You identify and contact prospects by virtual calls and in-person visits. You are present at Tradeshows and Network Events to build your existing client base and analyze new opportunities.
- You analyze the needs of the customers and prepare a plan with the customer to fulfill their needs.
- You prepare and follow up on quotes with the customer, assure a clear communication of PO’s and smooth onboarding of new customers.
- You analyze numbers and prepare clear and correct reporting with our reporting tools.
- You participate in monthly sales meetings, by giving your colleagues insights to relevant business cases.
- You translate the business goals set by management to clear objectives and create an action plan for your own clients.
Profile
- You are enthusiastic and passionate. You love design and lifestyle. 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in the home decoration industry.

Customer Service Representative Italy & Iberia
Location: Kontich, Antwerp, Belgium
Responsibilities
- You follow up on customers' orders and interact with them every step of the way, keeping the company's commercial interests paramount
- You are the 'linking pin' between sales, the customer and operations, playing a connecting and supporting role
- You are end-to-end responsible for the customers within your region, you carefully follow up on the incoming questions and you build and maintain the relationships.
- You are responsible for the administration as soon as an order comes in, the order processing and invoicing as well as any complaints handling.
Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented or customer service role
- You are communicative and commercial and enjoy talking to customers and colleagues
- You are accurate and like to have your affairs in order; you work systematically and act correctly in relation to customers and colleagues
- You like to work independently and you are helpful in a team as well
- Because of the international context we expect a good knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of French, Italian, German or Spanish are a plus
- You preferably have experience with an ERP package such as SAP
