Verde Lanza by Pascale Naessens
When writing her latest cookbook One Pan (Eén Pan), Pascale Naessens felt inspired to return to her ceramics studio. There, she created a new tableware collection: Verde Lanza. The sun-worn green glaze and shell-like texture of the pieces evoke one of her favourite islands, Lanzarote. The collection brings the spirit of the island wherever you set your table. From an aperitivo in the garden to a cosy dinner at home.
Pascale Naessens believes in the power of nature, coincidence, and craftsmanship. She created the distinctive, shell-like texture of the plates by pressing her finger into the clay in a specific way. This handmade detail gives the tableware its personal and unique character. “No two pieces are the same.” With Verde Lanza, she brings that island energy straight to the table, turning every breakfast, lunch, or dinner into a small moment of vacation.
“In everystep of the process, from throwing the clay to glazing it, you see my signature,”
