1. Organiser 

Serax NV, a public limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Veldkant 21, 2550 Kontich, Belgium (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser"), is organising a free prize draw with no purchase necessary, entitled "Marni After Midnight Giveaway" (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway").

2. Purpose and Duration 

The Giveaway offers participants the chance to win a Marni After Midnight Light Blue Vase, size S, through a random draw among individuals who have validly completed the entry form.

The Giveaway runs from 16 October 2026 to 9 November 2026. Participants can enter by scanning the QR code displayed at the Serax pop-up at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris.

Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in France.

The following individuals are excluded from participation: employees of the Organiser and its subsidiaries, individuals involved in organising the Giveaway, and members of their families living in the same household.

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary. Entry is not conditional upon agreeing to receive marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time.

4. How to enter 

To participate, individuals must complete and submit the online entry form, providing their first name, last name and email address during the Giveaway period.

Only one entry per person (same name and email address) is permitted throughout the Giveaway period. Any incomplete, incorrect, duplicate or fraudulent entries will be considered invalid.

5. Prize 

The Giveaway includes one prize: a Marni After Midnight Light Blue Vase, size S, with an indicative retail value of €75 (including VAT).

The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability, the Organiser reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

6. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place after the end of the pop-up, no later than 10 days after the Giveaway closes. The winner will be selected at random using a computerised random selection tool from all valid entries.

The Organiser will also select two alternate winners, who will be contacted in the order in which they were drawn if the original winner cannot be reached, does not meet the eligibility requirements or declines the prize.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. The winner will have 14 days from the date the notification is sent to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their delivery details. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be awarded to the first alternate winner.

The prize will be delivered free of charge to the address provided in France, within an estimated period of 30 days.

8. Personal Data 

The Organiser, Serax NV, acts as the data controller for personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway. 

Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to manage entries, conduct the prize draw, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. This data will be retained for six months after the end of the Giveaway, after which it will be deleted.

Where participants have explicitly agreed to receive marketing communications by ticking the relevant consent box, their personal data may also be used to send promotional emails, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. Data collected for marketing purposes will be retained for three years after the last contact.

Personal data may be shared with the Organiser, its subsidiaries and its technical service providers (hosting, CRM, email distribution and delivery services). If any of these parties are located outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, a copy of which may be obtained upon request.

Each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw their consent at any time.

These rights may be exercised by contacting hello@serax.com. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

Requests for the deletion of personal data before the prize draw will result in the cancellation of the participant's entry.

9. Liability, Fraud and Modifications

The Organiser shall not be held liable for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed emails, or errors in the contact details provided by participants. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage arising from the delivery or use of the prize, except where such damage results from its own fault.

Any attempt at fraud will result in the disqualification of the participant concerned.

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Giveaway in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Participants will be informed through any appropriate means.

10. Access to the Terms & Conditions, Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are available free of charge at www.serax.com or upon request by emailing hello@serax.com.

Participation in the Giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions offering greater protection under the laws of the participant's country of residence.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the Organiser no later than 30 days after the Giveaway closes.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
