Kseniya Kravtsova

Kseniya Kravtsova is a Ukrainian multidisciplinary artist and designer, best known for her ceramics. She has been living and working in the south of France for more than twenty years, and since 2020, she has made her home in Barbentane, a small village at the heart of the La Montagnette natural park.

Nature runs as a red thread through her life. She grew up in the countryside near Lviv, a city in western Ukraine. Kseniya describes Ukraine as a land with a deeply rural and natural spirit — something that has shaped her since childhood. In the countryside, Ukrainian traditional culture has always remained alive.

Kseniya describes herself as a poet who happened to become an artist. The poetry of everyday life is always present in her work. With her Ukrainian roots in mind, she reinterprets the small moments of her life in southern France into objects that express lightness, softness, and a joyful melancholy.

This poetic approach takes shape in her ceramic interior accessories and lighting pieces, where form, texture and light come together in expressive, sculptural objects for the home.
