Plan C

Plan C is the brainchild of Carolina Castiglioni, daughter of Consuelo and Gianni Castiglioni, who founded the Milanese luxury brand Marni in 1994. Carolina worked alongside her parents in fashion her entire life until, in 2018, she launched her own fashion label. She did so with the help of her father, who took on the role of CEO, and her brother Giovanni as head of production, making Plan C a true family business.
With Plan C, Carolina continues the vision her parents passed on to her. The collections are playful and bold, cheeky and even ironic. Unexpected color combinations are a hallmark of the brand, as are the drawings of Carolina’s three-year-old daughter, which are used as illustrations on many accessories.
Beyond fashion, Carolina is also known for her eclectic design sensibility. She collects vintage design pieces, and her home is a daring mix of colors and shapes. In 2025, she produced her first design collection with Serax, Silos interior accessories and a range of scented candles, showcasing her passion for unique forms, materials, and colors.
