Collection

Lighting by Bob Verhelst brings together sculptural table lamps created as part of our ongoing collaboration with the Belgian artist and designer. Across The Sculptural Confluence collections, Verhelst translates his passion for sculpture into distinctive lighting defined by bold forms, materials and colour.
The ceramic table lamps from Part 1 reflect his hands-on creative process, which moves from pencil sketches to full-scale cardboard prototypes. Their sculptural bases are finished with carefully selected glazes and paired with shades in natural materials such as cord and linen. Part 2 includes Nizou, a metal table lamp characterised by its intriguing angular silhouette. Finished in different colours with a powder coating, Nizou brings Verhelst’s sculptural language into a compact design that adds both light and character to an interior.

Designer

Bob Verhelst is a multifaceted designer with a remarkable portfolio spanning theater costumes, museum scenography, and collaborations with esteemed brands like Hermès, Cartier, and Viktor & Rolf. As a former guest lecturer at the Fashion Academy in The Hague and art director at Graanmarkt 13, Verhelst balances his work in visual arts with his passion for design.

Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, Eileen Gray, and Vincenzo De Cotiis, his creations embody a harmonious blend of geometric forms, vibrant tones, and earthy hues. Crafted in wood and ceramics, his designs transcend fleeting trends, finding their place in timeless interiors.
