GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Location: Kontich, Belgium
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team in
2027. This internship offers the opportunity to turn academic knowledge into practical experience,
with a strong focus on technical graphic design skills, precision and professional workflows.
We believe an internship should not only strengthen your creative abilities, but also help you build a
solid technical foundation and gain hands-on experience within a professional design brand.
What you'll do
- Technical file preparation: Create, check and export production-ready files for print and digital applications, ensuring accuracy in formats, dimensions, colour profiles and resolutions. Translate technical product information into clear, accurate and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Print & digital production: Gain experience with technical specifications, print requirements and the correct preparation of files for different media and platforms.
- Brand consistency: Apply the Serax visual identity across various projects, while adapting it to the unique creative universe of our international designers. Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Quality control: Develop a sharp eye for detail by reviewing layouts, typography, image quality and technical specifications before final delivery.
- Project management & deadlines: Learn to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritise tasks, incorporate feedback and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
- Provide general support to the marketing & digital team.
Who you are
- You are currently studying Graphic Design, Cross Media, Visual Communication or a related field.
- You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- You are organised, eager to learn and motivated to develop your technical expertise.
- You are willing to take responsibility, work with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- You have an affinity for design, interiors and contemporary aesthetics.

To further strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a driven Customer
Service Representative who takes customer satisfaction and service excellence to the next level.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Serax for our customers. You combine customer focus with product knowledge and commercial flair. You guide
clients throughout the ordering and delivery process, provide proactive solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your work helps deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising clients on products and collections to ensure the right choices.
- Handling inquiries via email and phone with a focus on satisfaction and solutions.
- Entering, following up, and improving orders in the ERP system.
- Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and planning to guarantee seamless service.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process and communication improvements.
- Supporting commercial actions, quotes, and aftersales with customer loyalty in mind.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset; knowledge of German is a big plus.
- Commercial mindset with an eye for cross- and upselling.
- Accurate, structured, solution-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Key Account Manager Hospitality
Location: Kontich, Belgium (with international travel)
Serax is seeking a Key Account Manager to accelerate the growth of our hospitality business. You will build strategic relationships with high-end hospitality partners and turn our unique design portfolio, including tableware, lighting, interior objects, and furniture, into commercial impact.
Reporting Line
- The Key Account Manager Hospitality reports directly to the Global Hospitality Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development of Serax’s hospitality business by positioning the full portfolio within high-end global markets.
- Take full accountability for meeting revenue and margin delivery targets within assigned accounts.
- Position Serax Hospitality as a trusted partner for global high-end hospitality players by leveraging our unique design DNA.
- Identify and acquire prestige hospitality projects to grow the sales pipeline.
- Align account strategies with internal functions to ensure hospitality is represented across the company.
- Travel internationally as required to manage global accounts and hotel chains.
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in international key account management, preferably within high end hospitality or interior design.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and pragmatism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior industry stakeholders.
- A relevant network in global high end hospitality is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility regarding geographical scope, to be defined based on your specific network and expertise.
- Commercially driven with a proven track record in revenue and margin delivery.
- Analytical thinker with financial acumen and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency is a plus.
