Role Overview

The Global Hospitality Director will lead the development of Serax’s hospitality business into a global player in the high-end hospitality market. This includes positioning the full Serax portfolio (tableware, lighting, home accessories, and furniture) within the hospitality market. The role is about more than growth; it is about building lasting structures, teams, and capabilities that will sustain Serax Hospitality well beyond the current leadership. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust with global hospitality partners, and an extensive network in the industry. As a senior member of the Management Team, the Director ensures hospitality is represented across the company and delivers both topline growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for Serax Hospitality, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Build and deliver an ambitious yet realistic budget for 2026 and a three-year growth plan.
  • Take full accountability for revenue and margin delivery in hospitality.
  • Review and design the organizational structure of the hospitality team to match future opportunities.
  • Lead and coach the current team of 6 FTEs and 6 agents, while shaping and recruiting the capabilities required for future growth.
  • Act as a senior voice within the Management Team, aligning hospitality with other functions.
  • Position Serax Hospitality as a trusted partner for global high-end hospitality players, leveraging the brand’s unique design DNA.

Key Account Manager E-Retail

Location: Kontich, Belgium

The Role

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager E-Retail to accelerate our growth with leading pure players. You’ll build strong strategic relationships, boost our digital visibility, and turn data-driven insights into real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key partnerships with major e-tailers
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue, profitability, and brand activation, including the setup of digital activations and joint campaigns
  • Negotiate annual agreements 
  • Drive new business development and lead the onboarding of new e-retail accounts
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain & customer service
  • Analyse market and customer data to drive smart decisions
  • Report sales performance, forecasts & KPIs

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in international key account management, preferably within e-retail and the home & living industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and commonly used e-retail tools (e.g., analytics dashboards)
  • Commercially driven, passionate about design, results-oriented, and strong in negotiation
  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with digital shelf & e-retail marketing
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to own projects independently
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus

Customer Service Representative

Location: Kontich, Belgium

The role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Serax for our customers. You combine customer focus with product knowledge and commercial flair. You guide clients throughout the ordering and delivery process, provide proactive solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Your work helps deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on products and collections to ensure the right choices.
  • Handling inquiries via email and phone with a focus on satisfaction and solutions.
  • Entering, following up, and improving orders in the ERP system.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and planning to guarantee seamless service.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process and communication improvements.
  • Supporting commercial actions, quotes, and aftersales with customer loyalty in mind.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a strong asset.
  • Commercial mindset with an eye for cross- and upselling.
  • Accurate, structured, solution-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to deepen product knowledge.

Account Manager Retail Germany 

Location: Germany, South, remote

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to develop and grow the relationship and business with our Accounts in the southern part of Germany. 
  • You identify and contact prospects by virtual calls and in-person visits. You are present at Tradeshows and Network Events to build your existing client base and analyze new opportunities. 
  • You analyze the needs of the customers and prepare a plan with the customer to fulfill their needs.
  • You prepare and follow up on quotes with the customer, assure a clear communication of PO’s and smooth onboarding of new customers. 
  • You analyze numbers and prepare clear and correct reporting with our reporting tools. 
  • You participate in monthly sales meetings, by giving your colleagues insights to relevant business cases. 
  • You translate the business goals set by management to clear objectives and create an action plan for your own clients. 

Profile

  • You are enthusiastic and passionate. You love design and lifestyle. 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in the home decoration industry.
  • You are a go-getter, love to find new customers and are passionate about business development. You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on building new relationships.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are a great listener. You can use the right tools to communicate your story and win clients.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to prioritize tasks. The majority of your work week, you will be on the road visiting clients and driving sales with new and existing clients. 
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills.
  • You are result driven, are eager to reach your goals and have a winner mentality. 
  • You are located in the southern part of Germany and speak fluent German and English.
